  • The Institute may cancel admission if fraudulent information is provided.

  • Fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the refund policy.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Course fees must be paid as per the prescribed deadlines.

  • Late payments may incur penalties or cancellation of enrollment.

  • Fees are subject to revision with prior notice.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Students must adhere to the Institute’s discipline, dress code, and academic policies.

  • Ragging, discrimination, or misconduct will lead to strict disciplinary action.

5. Attendance & Academics

  • Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for exams and certifications.

  • The Institute reserves the right to update course structures or faculty assignments.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) follow the UGC/AICTE/PCI guidelines.

  • No refunds for voluntary withdrawals after the cooling-off period.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data is collected for academic and administrative purposes only.

  • We do not share student details with third parties without consent (except for legal/regulatory requirements).

8. Intellectual Property

  • Study materials, logos, and content are the Institute’s property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

  • The Institute is not liable for:

    • Personal injury/loss of belongings on campus.

    • Employment guarantees post-course completion.

  • Website content is for informational purposes only.

10. Grievance Redressal

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Registrar’s Office for resolution.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Guwahati high court
